It would be amazing if we could share email templates with others who also have Constant Contact accounts. Canva.com is a good example of what I am talking about. You can share an entire template with another user and they can copy it and edit their own version. We've had several times we've wished for a feature like that.

When I try to make a custom field in the sign up tools, it doesn't allow me to actual edit the new field. It remains "custom field 1" on the actual live version that we send to people... which obviously makes the form confusing and impossible to collect the actual data we need for our organization. Please help!

When uploading documents, it would be incredibly helpful if they uploaded sequentially. For example, if I upload a document to be added to my email campaign, I have to scroll through 20 pages of previously uploaded documents before I can find the one I just uploaded. It wouldn't be so bad if they just uploaded on the last page, but they upload sporadically. It could end up on page 4 or page 18 and since there is no way of knowing, we end up scrolling through each page of documents individually wasting quite a bit of time....Help?!

When I am working on a campaign and click the preview option, the preview screen is incredibly small. It used to show more of the newsletter. It's hard to really preview it when it is so small. Can that be fixed?

It would be incredibly helpful if there was a feature that allowed us to copy emails in the automation feature back into the regular email campaign feature. I know we can copy them from campaign to automation, but not the other way around. We often make updates to emails in our auto series, but it makes it difficult to use them for other things if they are stuck in that portion of the site. I know we can manually copy the html of each section into a new email, but that takes quite a while to do.

With an account like ours that has a lot of data and emails, it would be WONDERFUL if there was a search feature in the email campaign section where we could type in part of a title for a previous email and have it popup without scrolling through each one individually.

It would be AMAZING if we could copy an entire autoresponder series. This would make it easier to duplicate parts that need to be similar without redoing the whole thing or copying them from the newsletter section.

I would love to see a search feature for Constant Contacts campaigns. We have a lot and it can take quite a bit of time to find the right one (to copy or review). PS: Thank you SOOO much for creating a folder system! That will help immensely.

We would love to see folders in the email portion of the toolkit version of Constant Contact! We had them in the older version and it would really make organizing our emails much easier!

There is an option when creating your sign up tool fields to create a customized question. However, there is no way to actually create the question. On the live form it just says "custom field 1". How do I change that to actually be what I want to customize??

We just upgraded our account to the Toolkit and we are excited about the updated autoresponder features, but we are very very disappointed to discover that the email folders did not come over as well. We have 500 emails that we need to organize in some way, but we have no ability to do so. We would love to see the folders come back. We also don't love that we have to re-filter our emails every time we log in so they show as new - old. They default to old to new.
