Hello,   Is there a customizable CSS option in the CC interface? If so, where is it located as I would like to remove the "Opt in" text that appears at the bottom of my survey.    Also, given that I am creating a survey and not a newsletter (so there is no request (explicit or implicit) to have folks opt in or opt out of marketing emails, etc., in fact we don't even ask people to give us their email address to participate in our survey), is it possible to add a "remove legal footer" for when we create a survey rather than a newsletter?    Thanks in advance for your help.   Stephan     ... I too am having this trouble with getting people back on the list, they have filled out the online sign-up form again, but get stuck on the "Waiting Confirmation" list. These individuals never get a second email to confirm, and I have no way to resend a confirmation email. So it is like they have been banned forever from our mailing list because they either unsubscribed in the past or never confirmed in the past. What is the solution?  ... View more
