Based on PayPal's support that I was able to find through an internet search, this would be the article to follow along with to make sure your PayPal account is setup to accept guest checkouts. If you need further assistance managing your PayPal account, I'd advise speaking with PayPal's support directly for the best assistance in that regard.
Please keep in mind that the Event 2.0 is still in beta and continuing to be rolled out as the devs further improve the product. If you need the functionalities of the retiring legacy tool, accounts that have access to it are welcome to utilize it for any events occurring prior to March 31, 2024.
