Every week I send out 70,000 plus emails and get hundreds of fake 'opens' and 'clicks'. Today (April 14, 2024) I got thousands of fake clicks. This has been a CC problem for years. I guess CC thinks it is fooling users and keeping them motivated -- but the opposite is the truth. The bogus opens make it very difficult to weed out bad email addresses from my list.

Your contact add or update "type or paste" system is broken. Every time I try to add email address/es it tells me: "Some rows need your attention! You must include an email address to create a contact." Eventually I can get them in after trying to upload 8-10 times. Please fix this. It has been a problem for weeks.

I am still having this issue in 2023. Hundreds of non-human opens and clicks with every campaign I send out.

When I change the type size or change bold/ital, etc in my text box, it works correctly as it has for over a decade of using CC. But just tonight, when I change the text color, the background color in a different box changes. Then I have to go thru two steps to change the unwanted background color back. Meanwhile I am unable to change the text color. I assume CC techs are making some kind of 'improvement' in the middle of the night as usual? You will be able to identify the source of the problem by checking what 'improvements' were being made overnight and matching them to the time stamp on this message minus about 1 hour. Please correct this. Thanks!
