It would be great if emails could be sorted alphabetically by both email and name so I could check for duplications. Sometimes people have more than one email and I do not realize this...or I have their old and new email and it takes me a while to realize that one is bouncing.
Or if AI can help with this
A lot of people eventually migrate off their old email adress to a gmail address.

Our recent contact system updates have made some big improvements in this area. You can easily edit contacts in an overlay window, without having to go back to the previous page when you're done. This should mean no longer having to reload the page/search that you're on!
