This is still an issue. PLUS, now I am continually getting a red box saying "Cannot save document". I fear if I sign off and go back in I will have lost any new work since the last save. This is very frustrating. I will be looking into another option for my newsletter.

I tried calling the help center. No luck there. On hold the first call for an hour. Hung up and tried again. Another hour and nothing. Pretty typical of an update.....never works as well. My newsletter is supposed to go out first thing Thursday morning but it won't if I can't it to look right. Very unacceptable. Very disappointing.

I am experiencing these same issues. Glad (and sorry) I am not the only one. Sure hope this gets resolved quickly as I am on a deadline.

Is anyone else having difficulty with the update? I have the text tool bar coming up completely out of view when I'm working on a segment. And I can't find where to change the color of the outline of the entire newsletter. Any help would be appreciated. I've been doing these newsletters for years and never had this problem. I did notice the editor looks a little different and figures there must have been an update.
