I believe the idea is to delete a field that is not needed in a contact's information. For our business, we don't input work or home phone numbers, just the mobile number.  Most people don't have home phone numbers anymore anyway (for the record, I actually do but I believe I may be in the minority).  It appears Constant Contact does not allow a deletion of those fields, but only custom fields.  Is that correct?  If so, I am putting in a request to your engineers to make the work and home phone numbers custom fields so they can be deleted.
