Some email programs use different systems to read HTML code and display emails. While we do our best to ensure as consistent of displays across all email platforms as possible, some external factors can affect the ultimate appearance on the receiving end. These can include how the receiving program reads HTML, what fonts are available in the browser and device, even how zoomed in the screen is, or even the default text enlargement on the device's settings.
I'd advise checking out this blog post regarding display issues in email clients, as we do cover some of the common issues, and how best to go about addressing them, if they can be addressed from our or your side.
