Glen Echo Park Partnership for Arts and Culture had a wonderful 2024, providing free performances and festivals, an active social dance program, 900+ classes and workshops, rich cultural experiences, art exhibitions, history programming, and more! Since we offer such a wide array of programming, Constant Contact is a great tool to reach specific audiences with the content that interests them. In 2024, we were able to increase our targeted messaging using the email segments tool and tagging, sending email marketing campaigns to specific groups of contacts so that we could reach our intended audience with the information they would find most compelling. This deeper level of targeting led to increased open and click rates, and lower unsubscribe rates and was particularly successful in increasing attendance at social dance events and classes.

This is completely unacceptable. I can't access almost all of my image folders when I'm editing an email -- not just subfolders. It's impossible to scroll in the dropdown for inserting an image, so the screen only shows me the last 5 image folders, most of which I don't use. I can't place new images in appropriate folders nor find images in other folders. It's been this way for far too long. It would be very helpful to know when a fix is coming -- or if I'm missing something and the scrolling of image folders should be working. This is a BASIC function of an email design program -- finding current images in particular folder and placing new uploads into appropriate image library folders.
