Hello @KierraT35 , I got our logo removed from your account's email and landing page footers. You should see this reflected in all emails you're working on. This won’t retroactively apply to emails that have already been sent out, as the logo was part of the coding received in your contacts' inboxes. However, any upcoming resends of already sent emails should exclude the logo, just as new emails will.

This CAPTCHA box is causing some accessibility concerns. If there is no option to remove the CAPTCHA box, is it possible to address the accessibility issue that it is causing?

I am currently having this same issue. To be honest, I have seen comments from 2017 from customers complaining about the line issue. I just experienced this myself today and I am utterly frustrated. It seems like such a miniscule problem, but it's a big pain in my butt. I should not have to alter my original design to something different because of this. I understand the workaround works, but I don't want my email outer background to match my inner background...then the whole email clashes and it looks weird. Constant Contact claims this is an issue with Outlook and all third-party email vendors, but I find that very hard to believe. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND MAKE A PUSH TO FIX THIS. I really would hate to look for other third-party email vendors.

Hello @AaronH310, I apologize for any inconvenience from this feature not being available. There are many factors that are used to decide what is added to or updated in our product which can cause us to sometimes not have a timeline for when a feature will be available. Though this may be the case, as previously mentioned in this thread, we recommend adding underscores and changing the font color to match the background color. You can also copy and paste text that includes a tab from an external source (like Microsoft Word). Our editor will convert these tabs into non-breaking spaces that can be saved. Also, I don't see you being marked as a new customer here on the Community.

Bit late I know - but I have had this problem for a long time. Some 180 rediffmail addresses bounce regularly. Rediffmail is an Indian service. I have tried to contact someone there with no success. If anyone comes up with a cure would love to hear it.

Hello @ERCODA , Since emails can still be edited while in Draft or Scheduled status, the unique url's for emails do not go fully live until the email has been sent out, similarly to how other campaign types' links may not work or redirect properly if they're still unpublished. If you're needing to provide an email's link before it's been truly sent out, you can put the email into a "Scheduled" status (by selecting a future date/time rather than Send Now), which will provide the link. Though it won't open to a proper webpage till actually sent, it can still be shared and copy-pasted as needed.
