I can't believe this same issue has been commented on since 2016!  7 years!  COME ON CONSTANT CONTACT!  You have heard from hundreds of subscribers asking for the same thing and it's not a big "fix"!!!!  Seriously doubting the user-friendliness of this program. Hello @DonW8 ,   We've seen this issue occur intermittently in older versions of Chrome and sporadically from different browser extensions. Since I wasn't able to recreate the issue in your account, I'd recommend going through some connectivity troubleshooting like turning off extensions to see if any of them are affecting the program, or making sure your browser is 100% up-to-date. ...
