This needs to be easier. If I copy an email from a folder, it should automatically assign the copy to the same folder, or at least ASK upon creation of any email what folder you want to put it in. Also, you should not have to exit an email in order to file it. Thanks.

Your new interface does not allow access to HTML AT ALL. We use a banner tracking server that generates an invocation code that must be placed via the HTML editor as there is not other way to add it to any CC template. As long as HTML access is restricted, we will not be moving out of the legacy templates any time soon. If you disable legacy templates without updating this option in the new interface, we will have to find a different service provider.

The report format attached to your new WYSIWYG interface leaves alot to be desired. There needs to be a print friendly version that is easily downloaded and easily read as the legacy reports are
