It would be SO HELPFUL when you are investigating bounces if you didn't have to backspace to get to the search feature on the contact page. SO MUCH TIME WASTED. Can't you please add this??????

It would be EXTREMELY helpful if you would leave the LIST information available for any contact that unsubscribes. CAN you do this??????

Please remove RECOMMENDED FOR REMOVAL as the DEFAULT category for displayed bounces. If you need a default, it should be ALL BOUNCES. It is a HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME when I have to go back to selecting ALL BOUNCES. All bounces are of concern to me, not just the ones YOU think I should be concerned about. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! Thanks.

It would be great if the reason for the bounce could be on the contact list page. It was save a lot of time.

Some clients can be on more than 1 list. Would like to see that as I review without opening up the contact.

Right now, you have 2 options - Source and city and state are of no use to me. Can you add drop down window for us to select what we NEED to see? That would be GREAT! Thanks.
