I also would like to know if any progress is being made. I use this feature all the time, but the fact that the lists all display in a completely random order makes this tool unnecessarily frustrating and time consuming. At the very least the lists should be in alphabetical order. Please let us know when this issue will be resolved.

Can we revisit the idea of adding the "Reason" for unsubscribe to the " Updated Subscriber Notice" emails? I know it has been suggested before. And I have suggested it via feedback forms more than once over the years (I have been using Constant Contact for 13 years). Please add the reason for unsubscribe to the email you send out. It is such a time waster to have to individually look up the reason each person unsubscribed. Thanks for your consideration.
