Sorry you're running into that! Certain grammar-correcting browser extensions can cause that code to appear in your email campaign. Extensions such as Grammarly, Microsoft Editor Spelling and Grammar Checker extension have been known to cause this.
To fix it, you will want to disable the extension or use Incognito mode to make a copy of the email and then edit the copy. It should be noted that any further editing of the email with the extension enabled may add the code back in and should be avoided.
