It would be nice to have an aligning bar that helps you make sure the images are aligned from one block to another. Sometimes when I have three images side by side, I can't tell if they are equal height. Or if I have three similar blocks with text between them, I can't tell if they images are the same size in each block.

I'd like to be able to delete a contact while looking at their engagement record inside their profile. Currently, I have to go back to the list, remember who I was looking at, find them in the list again, check their box, go up to the top and select delete. That's too much to have to do. Please streamline this.

If I change a contact's email address, the record of the bounces of the old email address should be erased in the engagement list.

If I notice that an email address is incorrect and therefore has caused our emails to bounce, when I correct the email address there should be some line of demarcation created in the "engagement" list that shows a new email address has been entered from this point/date forward. The way it is currently, when I correct the address and then go back into the engagement, it looks like that email address is bouncing. It's too much to have to look for dates. Just have a line on the engagement list that says, new address entered and the date so it demarcates between old engagement and engagement based on the new address.

It would be fantastic for there to be a "last opened date" column in the contacts table that shows you the last date a subscriber opened an email. It would greatly facilitate cleaning our contact lists. I know that the more names we have, the better for you. But if our lists aren't helping us achieve our goals, the value of your product decreases. Help us!

PLEASE, if i'm in a contact, let me delete from inside the contact details OR at least, when I come out of the contact, keep my cursor on that email address so I don't have to go hunt for it.

In contacts, we need a floating delete button, so that as I scroll down the page, I don't have to scroll way back up to delete an email address.

It is too difficult to drag emails to the folders I create to put them into. the list of folders need to float down the left side of the screen as you scroll down the email list so you don't have to fight your mouse to get it to move up!!

It would be nice to be able to put one continuous divider line between the two rows. Currently, I can only place a divider between the image portion, and then another divider between the text portions. Can't get my divider lines to equal positions.

h How do i know if i'm using the latest version template? We tend to tweak old emails (over and over again) rather than start them from scratch, but it seems that I've seen other formatting options in other templates. I would love to be notified when i should no longer use a certain template and opt for a newer version.... I would LOVE to see another column that shows the TAGS associated with each name that opens. I want to be able to see what regions of the country the viewer lives in or other designations I may tag them with. It would be nice to be able to sort the UNIQUE OPENS by tag.
