I am very disappointed that I'm not able to find previously written emails. I was looking for one I wrote and sent a few times on Marietta wines, and it said there's nothing. I admit I'm looking on my cell phone, and I must say your services over the cell have always been bad, vs computer. Then I noticed you have a charge to archive an email. Did this mean you will now start deleting old emails if we don't pay for that? Already you are more expensive than , whom I maintain a relationship with, as well.

I agree, I struggle with this too. I often have to keep a few pages logged in separately for constant contact. It's annoying, yes.

Not sure why they just sent me a notification that this is now open for voting??? What are we voting on? I never heard any replies to my comments or recent questions.

The new change has made it very hard to find and edit my lists I use. I never got set up in segments because I've got too many clients now to take the time one by one to go through.

It would be VERY helpful if one could go into a scheduled resend and edit perhaps the subject or any aspect of the body. Also, in the quicksend option, it would be nice to be able to at least ad a quick note, or edit subject, or some aspect of body

I had the same problem more than once, and no one told me about a confirmed opt in setting? All I know is my customer missed the email request to re sign in, can't find now and has no time to look for it but wants to be in E-list. Rep told me my only other option for them getting back into E-list is if I have a subscribe button on my web page (which I don't use much) but THAT was NOT easy, and never got it done because both the constant contact tech nor my Yola site tech new how to connect it up even though they say it can be done. Still not done. No time for all this reading and researching how to do this. There should be more options for helping someone resubscribe without a button on a website. Thanks.
