Otherwise, if you need to update a contact's email address, see this article for guidance on editing contacts. Please keep in mind that some contacts may not be able to have their email address changed based on internal compliance and legal requirements. If your contact's email address cannot be edited, the other option would be import the new email address as a new contact.
