We are planning a survey to improve our services, and will be seeking input from our clients using a survey. The default language needs to be English, but we also need to accommodate Spanish speakers. It will be filled by people who are not on our mailing list, so we can't depend on our contact lists, tags, etc. Is there a way to have the text displayed change based on language preference? For example, the 1st question would ask about language, and that determines what text displays in the rest of the questions. The only "easy" approach I can think of is to ask every question in both languages, which should work, but would be unwieldy. Also, can I change the text for "submit survey" to something else? For example, "Submit survey / enviar Encuesta".
