I am wondering about this question as well. I work for a nonprofit and have lists that include things like Board, Major Donor, General Communications, and within those lists, people are tagged with things like Donor or Volunteer. But I'm not able to send an email to the Board List AND everyone with the Volunteer tag. Is that something that has to be done via segments? If so, what's the purpose of tags?
