I use one of the newsletter templates to create a campaign on a regular basis. I use the insert document feature where I have a "read more" link. The document is a PDF of the entire article (created in InDesign). Is there a way to have a "done" or back button that takes the reader/user to the e-mail client (ie. Outlook) instead of forcing them to close the window and then have to open the e-mail client again. Doesn't this create lower click through rates, especially if the reader doesn't want to go to all the work of exiting and then opening Outlook again? Any thoughts?
