always get an error when exporting report

I'm trying to export the "recommended for removal" bounced e-mail address and I keep getting "there was a problem with your export. Please try again". I've tried over and over and keep getting this error message. I need a separate list of this metric so I can send it to another person. I've even tried creating a new list and adding these e-mail addresses to this new list and then exporting from the list. But the system doesn't seem to add the e-mail addresses to the list. Any suggestions?

Hello @LisaZ72 ,

 

If your account is experiencing this issue, I'd advise exporting the individual reports for the bounces that are recommended for removal - Undeliverable, Non-existent, and Suspended.
