Hi, I have found a simple workaround until they get this fixed. If you type any two letters, then add the space between them you can work your text within those two letters and your space bar will work. Example: r You can work within the space between the "r" and the "p" with no problems. p. It's messy but I find it better than switching out my browser every time.

It's October 4th and this issue still exists. Yes I'm sure that most of us are using an alternative....but it isn't a solution. I use Firefox exclusively and now have to alternate between itandEdgeoraddingspaceswhichIdonotwanttodo...see what I mean? I "chatted" in August and got the same response as everyone else. I guess it isn't really a priority.

I've had the same issues. I spent an hour just trying to fix my file thinking it was on my side. I did however download my "gif" as an mp4 in Canva as suggested. I then used ezgif.com to convert the mp4 to gif and just had success uploading it to my newsletter. I agree that this is an issue that needs fixing but hopefully it will be fixed more sooner than later.

In response to Carol Fishman. You can click on the campaign you want to save, then click on the Actions at the top right. The dropdown will have a selection "Save as Template". It is still tedious in the beginning but then you will have all the thumbnails to choose from in the future. I started doing this right away so I don't waste any more time trying to find the past campaigns I need. PS Regular saving under the Folders template doesn't work. Been there, done that. You have to "Save as Template".

So here is a workaround, not the greatest but at least you get to see what you need. Save your campaignes as templates. That way when you go to "create" a new email you can go to your saved templates and see ALL of them. It's all I've got for now. Hopefully they will actually build something the user wants instead of whoever they asked (if) about new changes.

I'm with everybody here. The lack of thumbnails is very irritating. I too have based my current emails on past emails. We are trying to brand our companies by providing similar looks from previous campaigns. You would scroll through your past emails and select the best via the thumbnail (without having to click on every email). You took this away which has now increased my workload.
