You'll need to call in for account security protocols, and answer any security questions asked live. Once confirmed, the phone agent will put in the request with our higher level technical team to get the files downloaded and sent to the account's main email address.
If you need the contacts sent to a different address, or you cannot answer the security questions live, then they wouldn't be able to assist further. In that situation, your only other option would be to login, resubscribe to reopen the account, download your contacts, then cancel again afterwards.
