This sounds like a glitch we've seen occur sporadically before with some customers' event landing pages. Please reply directly to the @ mention email you receive from my response, or call our general support to provide the following troubleshooting info:
The landing page's URL and/or the event's name
What edits were made that did not appear in the live version?
Was the event copied from another, or was it made from scratch?
How were the landing page's edits made?
Did your internet connection noticeably drop or get interrupted at any point during the editing process?
Does the issue with not being able to save also occur in other browsers or in incognito/private mode?
