It's really so disappointing that this was first reported by us April 7, and it's now April 12 -- and still no fix. And worse, no word of how long it might take. (Isn't Constant Contact technically in the communications business?) This has happened to us lots of times, and someone on the help desk finally suggested making our Subject Line shorter, and that worked. Check if your Subject Line is kinda long and try making it shorter. ... View more

Someone else posted that the "copy function is no longer available." And sure enough, no matter what I try, I can't copy a campaign, which is the first step in putting out our daily newsletter.
