Hi William_D, Thanks for the prompt reply. I hope at some point I can edit the Confirm Opt-In page, but for now, I'll just have to live with it, because I really want double-optin. Thanks for the info on self-authentication. I'm going to pursue it! Again, thanks for the help.

Hi - I have turned on double optin. Here's what works. 1. User fills out a form on the website. 2. User gets an email to confirm the subscription. Email is formatted & branded correctly. 3. User clicks confirm. Here's what doesn't work: 4. User gets ugly web page saying 'Thank You' (See below)- How do I customize this? If I got this, I'd wonder what was going on. 5. User never gets the welcome email

I'm using Bloom (third party software by Elegant Themes) on my blog to allow visitors to join my email list. When I initially set it up, all was working well. Bloom connected to Constant Contact because I can see my various lists in the plugin. And, I was able to subscribe to my email list with one of the test addresses and get the welcome letter. Something changed. No one can subscribe because of this error :" The Mashery account associated with this request is not active, or an invalid API key was used." I've searched Google and this help forum and the answers don't help because I am not writing code. I need to set up the api key and token in the Bloom plug-in. But, I don't know how to find the api token that was set up initially and how to get a token.
