I certainly apologize that you are running into this! Just to confirm, this is through a lead generation landing page, and not through the form on your website, correct? I know you mentioned it was only on your end, but I did go ahead and test it out on my end too, and it's not returning any kind of error for me.
Are you able to disconnect from your current network/WiFi, and connect to a different one or use data to see if the issue still occurs? If that fixes it, it could be a network issue. I'd recommend safelisting Constant Contact's domains and IP addresses within your security system to see if that helps.
