We send out certain emails each month. I copy the old one to create the new one, where I tweak a few things. In your recent relaunch, you removed the feature where I could see the previous name of the email. Now, to keep my email names the same and sequential, I need to memorize the old name before I hit the copy button. The reporting page shows me that 10 people have unsubscribed from that email. But when I click into the list of unsubs, it's really 12. When I go back two weeks later to continue monitoring (because you don't give me unsub reason in one big download, so I have to keep checking each email for the reasons), the reporting page still says 10, maybe 12, but unless I click in, I can't see if it's still 12, or has now risen to 14. These numbers need to refresh! Or there needs to be a refresh button to click to get them to all refresh. Because clicking into each list to see if it's changed or not is tedious! ... View more

We often create new emails by copying old ones and updating the header image and text. I notice that in the thumbnails, it shows the old header, not the new one. This is disorienting because it looks like the wrong email. I wish the thumbnail could reflect the current email, not the very first incarnation of the email. ... View more
