Hello @ToastmastersD55,   We'll continue tracking requests of course.  Even when you upload separate pages to create the images, you can still link each of those images to the same original document.  So you could have 5 pictures in a row (one for each page) and still have each page link to the original 5-page pdf, for example.  Once you've inserted one of the images, just use the link option, and choose 'document link'.  Then you can choose any document from your library.  Our system can handle up to a 5MB PDF.  Unfortunately, there is not a way around the hassle of having to create so many separate PDFs at this time. ... Hello @MMIC,   Sending emails to, and from the same address will often trigger spoofing warnings.  Ironically this means that sending emails to yourself, is often the least effective way of testing spam-boxes, as your own inbox security programs will often recognize that you did not actually send that email.  There are a few ways around this though.  The most effective solution for yourself and all of your contacts, would be to publish a dkim key, and set up self-authentication.  You can find a walkthrough of that here.   While we can continue trying to troubleshoot through our forum, this is sometimes a more complicate procedure, and it may be more timely for you to contact our Deliverability specialists in the Account Review Department at any of the numbers listed here. ... Hello @BradH350,   When you hit reply in an email client, that email client is what actually chooses what pieces of code are over-written, and which are left alone.  There's no consistent methodology, so making the outcome consistent is nearly impossible.  If you try sending yourself this test in several different email clients, and respond from all of them, I'm fairly certain that you'll see different changes from all of them, and some may very well have different containers to keep background colors from bleeding over like you're seeing. ... Hello @Top.of.the.Hill,   Thank you for the feedback, I'm passing that along to our design team now.  It does look like what you're looking for is essentially a CRM tool.  Our email marketing system can integrate with a number of CRMs, to share the email-able contacts back and forth between them, but it admittedly does not have the features necessary to truly replace any of them, and was not intended for counting or tracking anything other than the email side of your organization, and information relevant to those emails.  I can absolutely see how those tools are useful and even needed by you, and I'm sorry it's simply not a product we currently provide. ... Hello @Top.of.the.Hill,   I'm sorry for the inconvenience with that.  There was a time that this workaround was viable, however system updates have closed that option. Although we're not planning to delete any contacts that do not have an email address from your account, you will see that we will be enforcing the email address requirement when you edit these contacts, or attempt to add new ones through any means going forward. We can see an overwhelming majority of customers adding contacts to the system with the purpose of sending email campaigns, and unfortunately mixing in contacts without email addresses were causing quite a bit confusion.  I can absolutely add you to the list of people requesting that we bring that feature back, however currently there is no method that should be allowing contacts to be added if they do not have an email address. ... Hello @PFTNews,   Our older embed-code for landing pages did use that now deprecated version of captcha.  However our new inline forms are fully updated.  It's possible your site was never updated, and you continued using that older form.  In your account click 'Sign-up Forms' at the top of the page, and create a new in-line form there.   The old embed-code that was used before is actually no longer available within your account, so if that's what was on your site, I'm afraid that it had simply not been updated when our system went through it's update.  A walk-through of how to use our new sign-up forms can be found here.   ...
