Hi MaryR328!
Thanks for reaching out to the Community with your Archive questions!
Each campaign will be displayed on the widget in the order it was archived, and you will need to archive each email one at a time.
You do need to manually archive the campaign after it has been sent. As you have discovered, this is done from the campaigns page. You can get more information here.
We offer one Newsletter Archive Code, so each campaign you archive will show on the same widget.

Thank you for the detailed description of the work-around. I think that process would be too time-consuming to carry out in the real world but I appreciate the steps. I am sure with so many organizations needing to offer their visitors/customers a way to plan their visit - and orgs needing to space out those visits - these changes to the events tool will be appreciated. As I mentioned, unlike a one-time event, we need the ability to set up "tickets" for many times throughout each day (say on the hour or half-hour) and a way to communicate in advance with the group of people who are signed up for that day to provide reminders of the guidelines for entry. I look forward to trying out any new features. Many thanks.

Hello @MaryR328 ,
Is there any specific criteria that you're using to split up these contacts?
If you're only looking to send an invitation to a random one-third of your target contacts, then I'd recommend exporting that full list, splitting up the list in Excel into three separate files, then uploading each of those thirds as a separate list.
