Hi! I am just getting acquainted with automated series, which I thought I would be able to use to manage a survey I am distributing. But I am hitting some roadblocks and need help. My situation is: I have two lists to which I am distributing the survey invitation. The campaign includes a link to the survey. After five days, I want to send a reminder to recipients who DID NOT CLICK on the survey link in the original campaign.   I don't see a way to set this up. My first step in creating the series is to select the trigger and none of the options are what I need, as far as I can tell, because "Do Not Click a Link" is not an option, only opening an email and clicking a link.   Many thanks for your help! ... Hi! My org recently updated to the Email Plus account and now have the option to create the embedded newsletter archive on our website. I am working on doing this now and have several questions: 1. Is there a way to select all the campaigns in a folder and adding them to the archive? Rather than selecting one at a time and adding from their dropdown menu? 2. Is there a way to indicate I want the campaign to be added to the archive while I am drafting or scheduling it? It seems like I can only manually add it to the archive from the campaign list? 3. Is there a way to create more than one embedded archive? For instance, my org distributes campaigns to different stakeholders, and it would cause confusion if we created an archive with ALL of our campaigns on one page. Many thanks! ... View more

Hi! I don't have events enabled on my CC account so I can't figure out if this is a scenario CC can help me manage: I want to create an "event" for free timed entry to my location, say 25 people every 30 minutes between 10am - 3pm every day of the week for the next four months. I want to send all of my registered time entry ticket holders a reminder 24 hours prior to their ticket time, then send a follow-on message (asking for feedback, etc.) 24 hours after their ticket time. Hello! I need to divide my contacts into three portions for the purposes of distributing a survey in three phases. It does not really matter whether the contact has opened a previous email recently, where they live, etc. It only matters that I send each of the three survey invitations to a third of our contacts.   Is list segmentation the tool to use to do this? If yes, how? If not, what would be a better way to achieve this list "division" for the purposes of one three-part campaign?   Many thanks! ... View more
