Thank you for the update and I agree with all comments above, there is a real need to embed - especially a very short - survey directly in body of the email. It would be an extension of what is currently called the "Feedback" feature, which at first glance only allows answers to be a smiley face or a frowning face or "meh" - so we could list 3 short options, including "Other - please fill in" (which is key for some surveys) and so the results would continuously populate / continuously be updated into a page we could access as the owner/ publisher.  ... I agree and it is now December 2024 and I could really use the sub-bulleted list feature for a numbered list without having to create a table below each numbered line to display the indented sub-bullets with letters. Ditto same issue mentioned by @RachelK30 in this thread on 6.24.20 at 3:36 pm and mentioned by other users, I was told by helpdesk today they would tag my issue of not being able to reduce size of blank line between bullets, that other customers are having the same issue, and that they would email me when its resolved. ...
