If you're using the older 3GE builder for your emails - easily noticeable by its giant orange Continue button in the top right corner of the editor - then it isn't an available option. If you're using the 3GE to build your email, you'd need to add your own TikTok icon image and link to your TikTok using that. Apps & Integrations
In the CPE builder, TikTok is an available social icon.
