There is literally nothing about administrating constant contact that is not a hassle. Setting up new users, those users are logging in, and deleting users is almost impossible unless I and those staff are both working at exactly the same time and actively refreshing our emails so that there is a hope that we can get the two-factor authentication in to sign in. I am actively looking for another mailing list solution, since your platform is so obtrusive and impossible to manage without constantly needing help from your support team, which cannot provide the help that I request.
