Hello MarkT701,
Thank you for reaching out to Constant Contact API Developer Support. My team is here to assist outside software developers with questions about building into Constant Contact's API.
We've already sent you a reply via email, with detailed information on next steps to take, but I wanted to close the loop here as well. If you haven't received our reply, please let us know via email at webservices@constantcontact.com , and reference case number 30704271.
To briefly summarize the situation, we've retired the legacy email format supported by our older APIs. Support for creating email campaigns via our v2 API officially ended on Nov. 2nd, 2022. We did communicate this to developers of applications built on the v2 API, which were actively creating email campaigns, through a series of emails last fall - sent to the email address registered with the application.
In order to create email campaigns in our new format, applications need to be migrated to our v3 API.
The following topics in our documentation include information on migrating applications to the v3 API:

Data Migration Overview {https://developer.constantcontact.com/api_guide/migration_overview.html}

Any application developers with further questions should contact our API Support team via email at webservices@consantcontact.com .
Please have a look and let us know if you have any other questions!
