Hi all. The image loading issue tends to affect accounts with over 500 images in the library. This limit was set at 500 to avoid performance issues within the editor. While we don't have an update to share on the possibility of increasing the limit, here are a few workarounds to insert an image into your campaign:
If you are inserting the image within an email, insert an Image block, or double-click on an existing image in the email to replace it instead of using the Image tab
If you know the name of the image, look for the image using the search bar
If you wish, you can also delete old images within the Library tab that are no longer being used to reduce the number of images in it.
