The @email.com should be more than enough. Also, what is the email client you received it to? Do you have a screen shot of how the email looked when you received it? Hello @ShariM411, Thank you for reaching out to us today. In regards to removing the reCAPTCHA, I would recommend having a look on the Marketplace to see if you can find some alternate sign up tools that are maybe a better fit for the aesthetic you are going for. In regards to the hiding of the graphic or altering the terms and privacy section, we do not allow the altering of any logos or privacy terms that are part of any Constant Contact Integration, including any of our in-product sign-up forms. We do, however, have resources for the creation of your own sign up forms, I would recommend that you direct your programmers to our Developer Portal.

Hello @MyShipleyDonuts, Thanks for getting back to us. A nice way to collect more information from your contacts would be to build a Landing page in your Sign-Up Forms tab. Once you have designed it to collect any relevant data that you're after, you can take the Form URL and attach it to a hyper-link or a button in an email campaign. After clicking it, the contact will have a new tab pop up that will let them enter more contact information. The form can be designed with it's own list attached that each person updating their information will automatically be added to. This will help you keep track of who has and has not yet updated their information.
