I have multiple users who share an e-mail address and the system only allows one entry per e-mail. Is there a way to change the primary field to a member ID number? One of our unique fields is a "relationship field". Rather than maintaining multiple lists, I would like to be able to keep one with all our members and filter mailings based on relationship.   In addition, when I upload changes, it just adds a new contact for that person. I exported our contact list and there are several fields that we do not use. My predecessor used all the fields in different ways and some information is duplicated in the first set of address fields. It makes for a busy export file. Is there a way to delete these fields (Street address line 1 - Home 2, City - Home 2, Country - Home 2)? I was only able to find how to maintain the custom fields. ... View more
