Due to API permissions restrictions, tagging people and organization pages isn't possible through us. You'll need to login to the social platform directly, and either make the post or edit a post made through us to include those tags.

You may be able to find 3rd party integrations that can connect your DonorPerfect account with Constant Contact in a way to automatically sync those contacts and their info. Beyond that, there's not much else to bring that info over automatically from their side.
