Hi William, Thank you for the quick reply. Is there a way to tell on the original survey when it was set to close? Based on your feedback, can we: - copy the current survey and have the old link point to the new survey w/o losing the current responses? - point anyone clicking the current link to the new survey or - create a message for anyone clicking the link that tells them the survey location has changed and provide a new link for them to click?

Can you restart a survey that has ended in Constant Contact? I discovered one we had one setup was set to end with the wrong date.

Hi William, Thanks for the quick reply! I can't believe I missed that email. I am hoping to get the wording of the surveys' questions themselves. I am not worried about the reporting at this point, just hoping to give this years survey committee something to reference for question creation.

We conducted a survey through Constant Contact in April, 2021. However, when we go back into our account to view the old survey, we don't see it in our list. Any links we had to the survey from email are no longer valid because the survey was closed. Is there a way on the back end that the survey/questions can be restored?
