Hi @SueBennett33. I'm sorry you are experiencing this while working in your account. We have not made any changes that would prevent links from being inserted into an email. Are you seeing a blank screen or pop-up when inserting an image? Are there any error messages? Does this happen in multiple browsers? How are you not able to move around easily?
