Hello @LizL2 , There was never any follow-up based on what I'm seeing in our records, so if you're experiencing a similar issue, and you can absolutely confirm the contacts aren't unsubscribed or on a temp hold, then I'd advise calling in for further, live troubleshooting.

Is the contact you're trying to edit unsubscribed, or are you trying to change its permission type? Are you changing the contact's list membership or tag? Are you able to edit the contact by re-uploading their email address alongside the new info via the type/paste multiple or file upload methods?
