I recently uploaded a file with emails that were to be used for an event (not a standard email campaign). Several were subscribed as "event." They were bounced when sent - as suspended. When I uploaded them as individual names (an individual distribution list for each - very time consuming), the invitation was received. What is the fix for this? This should not happen. If a valid email address is uploaded, then it should work for an event AND for emails. Please advise.

When photos are "replaced" rather than "deleted" and then a new one added, if a link was attached to the original, it STAYS with the replaced photo. Not a good feature. An old link with an updated photo is a bad practice!

Can you please tell me the secret to determining how to size a photo that looks perfectly fine in desktop/computer viewed emails that ALSO looks proportional on a mobile device - this applies to handwritten signatures, too. When I insert a scanned signature of a name, it often looks fine in computer/desktop view, but it gets HUGE in mobile view. Resizing it makes it look grainy and pixelated - and still too big for the mobile view. Photos do the same thing at times. Please help!

I completely agree. This is very frustrating and requires much more time in Photoshop. Also, how do you revert back to the original settings in frames. Somehow I get a weird interior line that overshadows the image I'm trying to frame. Please help! Thanks.
