Hello! I'd like to get feedback on this email campaign that was sent on March 27, 2025. We have low click rates on our emails and can't seem to get registrations from our classes. Email marketing isn't the only thing we're doing, but years past, email marketing used to be a bigger method of getting registrations. Also, our users open their emails on desktop versus mobile.
This is the email that was sent: https://conta.cc/4l4zFhW
Thank you so much!
Sincerely,
Kate

Here’s a more polished and friendly version of your message:
Hi @user5822! Thanks for sharing your email!
First impressions—it’s quite text-heavy. Since people have shorter attention spans these days, making your emails more concise and visually engaging will be key. Try trimming down the wording and incorporating more visuals with clear calls to action. I really liked what you did in the second half of the email with the video—that's a great approach!
A couple of suggestions:
-
Consider adding a short, compelling blurb at the top with clear registration buttons front and center.
-
The buttons currently seem quite large. You might want to organize each event by date and use a "Reserve your spot" button for each, rather than listing all the dates within one button.
-
How often do you send these emails? Since registrations extend through December, you might want to focus on the next few months instead of listing the entire year's offerings.
Now, looking at the section with the video:
-
The text at the bottom is strong and informative—I’d suggest moving it to the top of the section, just below the video, to highlight his credibility right away.
-
You could also shorten the rest of the text in this section for a cleaner look.
A few final tweaks:
-
You have two links leading to Billy’s Calendly—I’d recommend keeping just the button and removing the extra link.
-
The video section has both an embedded video and a separate button to watch it. Since the video is already there, the button isn’t necessary.
-
Lastly, I noticed the old Twitter logo at the bottom—consider updating it to the new "X" platform logo.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you’d like any further thoughts. 😊
