Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Constant Contact for a while to send out email campaigns, but I’ve noticed that my open rates have been lower than expected. I’ve tried a few different strategies, like personalizing the subject lines and segmenting my audience, but I’m still not seeing the improvement I hoped for.
Are there any tips or best practices within Constant Contact that can help boost open rates? I’m especially interested in any features or techniques that might optimize my emails for better engagement.
Thanks!

Hi Luke,
Open rates can be affected by many things. Could be subject lines, content, appearance, call to action, segmentation and so on. So that I can provide some meaningful advice, please reply with links to 3-4 of your emails, so we can more specific.
In the meantime, you can take a peek at this article about subject lines and this other article about email marketing trends that discusses subject lines.

@LukeS602 in addition to the great advice @DavidFischerSolutionsForGrowth is set to provide, I want to mention one of my favorite features in Constant Contact.
It's a setting on your send screen called Automatic Resend to Non-Openers. You can check the box to activate it, then pick the future date and time to re-send the email to anyone who didn't open it the first time. You can even change the subject line or have it reflected that it's a re-send .. ie: "In case you missed it:...."
This alone has bolstered open rates drastically for so many users. Many times subscribers do want to hear from a brand but their inbox is so busy they miss it the first time. Since the feature doesn't ever bother those who opened it already, it's the best of both worlds.
