Welcome back to our Constant Contact Employee Spotlight series! We are shining the spotlight on Andrew, who works in our Engineering department as a Software Engineer. Our Engineering department works to create new features and also resolve any issues that may arise in the product. Read on to learn more about Andrew, what he's gained from working here, and what he likes to do when he's not being a problem solver.
Hey everyone! My name is Jessica and I have been working for Constant Contact since March 2015. I've worked in many different areas of Constant Contact, including doing phone and chat support, making outbound calls to assist our newest customers, and working with our customer feedback team to learn more about our customers' needs and wants in the account. I'm currently a part of our Tier 2 technical support team, and I love being able to help our customers with those slightly more difficult requests!
When I'm not working with our customers, I love to read books and cuddle with my two cats. When the weather is nice, you can find me out on a boat up at Horsetooth Reservoir catching some sun and hanging with the family. Also I'm getting married next year, so planning a wedding takes up a lot of my free time currently.

That being said, it’s expected (read: absolutely normal) that most email campaigns will have some level of bounces. Knowing the cause and reasons behind these bounces can help you as a marketer to ensure you are mailing to the cleanest, most engaged list that you can. First, I covered Non-Existent and Suspended bounces, then Undeliverable and Blocked bounces; today I will be going over the remaining categories: Mailbox Full, Vacation/Auto-Reply, and Other.
