Can't download or print a PDF of a campaign.

Hello @MOMGA11 ,

 

Try switching to JPG/PNG, then switching back to PDF. If it continues to have issues displaying or downloading, make sure your adobe is up-to-date. Beyond that, I'd advise performing connectivity troubleshooting, or calling our general support for further assistance.
