Merging Tags

Hi,

I have two tags, each tag has about 3000 contacts tagged. The tags are now used for the same thing, so I would like to merge them. What is the best way to do this?

Great question! Although we do not have a feature to merge tags at this time, this can still be pretty easily accomplished. All you would need to do is go into your Tags, and create a new tag. After that has been done, you can go into each existing tag, and add the newly created tag to those existing tagged contacts. That way, both sets of existing contacts would both be tagged with the new tag, and merged. You can then go in and remove the previous two tags.
