Printing the Test Email

I have tried repeatedly to use the "print" option on the Test Email, but it will not load images. The background imagery is fine, but embedded images will not show up, and I can't print from my inbox without the header showing (which I can't have on the printed version). HELP!

Hi @mthompson. I'm not able to replicate the image issue you brought up. It could be a browser issue. Are you able to successfully see the images in the print preview if you use another browser? A workaround would be to download the campaign as a PDF and then print directly from your computer.

It happens in every browser. I was finally able to download it as a PDF.
